Nobu Mizumoto

Nobu is the son of Shinji Mizumoto, founder of Shin-Zushi. He started his restaurant career in 2005 for the encouragement of his family. He made gastronomy, started from scratch, learned a lot from the chefs who passed by the restaurant and today commands the Shin-Zushi along with brother Ken Mizumoto and his mother.
